We therefore provide a complete package service from site survey, detailed design work, through to manufacture, installation and after care service

The design team can produce detailed or general arrangement drawings from either site survey information or client’s structural drawings.  Drawings are available for client approval prior to manufacture.  Final drawings are then used to assist with installation and act as a record of the project.

Whenever necessary, our design department carries out full site surveys, collates dimensional information, ensures panels follow the profile of the area accurately and checks that the fixing placements aesthetic consideration and installation constraints are properly addressed.

We have in house trained installation teams who are fully experienced in your industry’s specific requirements both in H&S and application techniques. We work with our partners/main contractors to provide solutions and to support them in pre-preparation requirements and installation techniques using our specialist equipment.

We are renowned for providing a comprehensive service, with cost effective  solutions, for either refurbishment or new build projects, advising on the technical  detail based on the type and level of traffic expected, the environment and contaminants conditions and the whole life costs.

Our workforce are all directly employed and highly skilled in what they do. This  means that we retain full access to our knowledge and expertise in survey CAD, manufacture  and installation through experience, needed to complete each project to the  customer’s satisfaction.

Midland Industrial Flooring can be either a specialist sub-contractor, manufacturer and installer or can supply only, however our site management expertise has been perfected over the last 35 years, and we are fully  accredited by a number of schemes.
